OnePlus Nord Buds 4 teased ahead of India launch

OnePlus has started teasing its next iteration of budget-friendly True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earphones, the OnePlus Nord Buds 4, in India as the successor to the Nord Buds 3 that was launched back in 2024. A promotional “Coming Soon” banner has been made live, signaling an imminent release to expand the brand’s audio portfolio in the region.

The upcoming Nord Buds 4 will serve as the standard sibling to the Nord Buds 4 Pro, which debuted in the Indian market earlier this year.

Design and Expected Position

The teaser image highlights the design language of the upcoming earbuds, showing a familiar in-ear silhouette with stem-based touch controls, finished in a dark colorway with a subtle, ergonomically contoured body.

Positioned beneath the premium Pro variants, the standard OnePlus Nord Buds series historically balances essential audio capabilities with a highly accessible price point. While full structural details are yet to be finalized, the design implies a continuous focus on lightweight construction and a secure fit for daily use.

The launch of the standard Nord Buds 4 follows the introduction of the premium OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro (priced at Rs. 3,999), which introduced 55dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), LHDC 5.0 high-definition audio, and 3D spatial audio.

As a standard version, the Nord Buds 4 is projected to skip some of the high-end audio codecs and deep noise cancellation levels seen on the Pro model in exchange for a more aggressive, budget-conscious price tag.

As usual, the earbuds will be available from Amazon.in, the OnePlus India online store, and other online retailers and offline stores. It is expected to launch alongside the OnePlus N6 smartphone later this month or in early July.
