Xiaomi EV has unveiled two new additions to the Xiaomi YU7 family — Xiaomi YU7 Standard and Xiaomi YU7 GT — marking a comprehensive upgrade to its luxury high-performance electric SUV lineup.
The Xiaomi YU7 Series, positioned as a luxury high-performance family SUV range, has seen strong market response since launch, achieving over 240,000 locked orders within the first 18 hours and delivering 232,000 units as of April 30, 2026, making it one of the top-selling mid-to-large SUVs in Mainland China.
The YU7 GT, a track-focused performance SUV engineered for “The Grand Tour,” recorded a Nürburgring Nordschleife lap time of 7:22.755 on April 2, 2026, beating the previous SUV record by 14 seconds.
Xiaomi YU7 Series
The Xiaomi YU7 Series is designed as a luxury high-performance family SUV lineup that blends comfort, practicality, and sporty dynamics.
It features classic long-hood proportions with a powerful, ground-hugging stance, cross-shaped headlights, and halo taillights that define Xiaomi EV’s design identity.
Three new exterior colors are introduced:
- Crimson Red: Wine-red tone with golden pearl particles and metallic depth
- Radiant Purple: Refined evolution of Xiaomi’s signature purple with richer surface layers
- Volcanic Gray: Mineral-inspired gray with nano-scale particles and shifting metallic texture
The lineup also adds Plum Blossom Rims and body-color Mi-Shaped Rims, along with Dawn Pink and Pearl White finishes to enhance its premium positioning.
Xiaomi YU7 Standard
The Xiaomi YU7 Standard is designed for balanced performance, efficiency, and everyday usability.
It is powered by a 73 kWh LFP battery on a 752V silicon carbide high-voltage platform, delivering a CLTC range of 643 km. A 15-minute fast charge provides up to 385 km of range.

The Xiaomi YU7 GT is the flagship high-performance SUV focused on extreme driving dynamics and track capability.
It features a widebody design with 295mm rear tyres, unified front splitter, active rear diffuser, carbon fibre mirror housings, and 24K gold carbon fibre badges. It also offers optional 21-inch forged two-piece wheels.
