CMF Watch 3 Pro with 1.43″ AMOLED display, dual-band GPS, up to 13 days of battery life launched in India at an introductory price of Rs. 6,999

India-headquartered consumer technology brand CMF has launched the release of its latest smartwatch, the CMF Watch 3 Pro, in the Indian market, as it had promised.

Positioned for everyday users and fitness tracking, the new device integrates precision health metrics, AI-powered features, and several hardware upgrades over its predecessor, the Watch Pro 2.

Fitness and Health Monitoring

The CMF Watch 3 Pro introduces several updates to its tracking and navigation systems designed to accommodate varying fitness levels. Key tracking features include:

  • Dual-Band Five-System GPS: An upgraded setup intended to provide stronger signal stability and enhanced location accuracy across different environments.
  • Comprehensive Sports Tracking: The device supports 131 distinct sports modes and features automatic detection for seven core activities.
  • Upgraded Sensors: A new four-channel heart rate sensor is included, designed to improve reading accuracy across various skin tones and workout intensities. Motion tracking is also updated with a 6-axis accelerometer.
  • Performance Metrics: The watch utilizes “Active Score” to provide a weekly summary of physical exertion based on Metabolic Equivalent of Task (MET) data. Additionally, AI-powered post-workout summaries deliver data on training load, estimated recovery times, and endurance predictions for 5K and 10K runs.
  • Everyday Wellness Tools: Standard health features include blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring, stress tracking, guided breathing exercises, hydration/inactivity alerts, and women’s health tracking.
Smart Features and Connectivity

The Watch 3 Pro integrates with Nothing OS to offer enhanced on-wrist smart capabilities:

  • ChatGPT Integration: Users can utilize natural-language voice prompts to ask questions, verify facts, or set reminders.
  • Productivity Tools: A built-in voice recorder features automatic transcription for taking notes, while an “Essential News” tool provides daily, interest-based digests.
  • Communications: Bluetooth calling is supported, augmented by an additional microphone to improve call clarity. The watch also supports gesture shortcuts and 140-character quick replies.
Design, Display, and Battery

The device features a precision-milled metal body paired with soft-touch silicone straps and carries an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

  • Display: It sports a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen with ultra-thin bezels. The display offers a 10% increase in the screen-to-body ratio compared to the Watch Pro 2 and supports Always-On Display (AOD) functionality.
  • Customization: Users can choose from over 120 custom watch faces, including video, photo, and AI-generated options via Watch Face Studio, alongside customizable full-screen or mini widgets.
  • Battery Life: The device is rated for up to 13 days of battery life under typical usage (a two-day increase from the previous generation), 11 days with heavy tracking, and approximately 4.5 days with the AOD enabled. A full charge is achieved in 99 minutes.
  • Color Variants: Light Green, Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange.
