
Infinix has released promotional details regarding its upcoming smartphone, the Note Edge 5G. The marketing materials, which feature cricketer Yashasvi Jaiswal, highlight specific hardware specifications and design elements ahead of the device’s scheduled launch in India, after it was introduced for the global markets last month.

Display and Design
A primary focus of the promotional campaign is the device’s form factor. Infinix describes the phone as the “Segment’s Slimmest” with a thickness of 7.78mm.
The front of the device features a 3D Curved 1.5K AMOLED display. The screen panel includes Corning Gorilla Glass protection and has received TUV Rheinland certification for Low Blue Light.
The phone will be offered in three colorways:
- Lunar Titanium
- Stellar Blue
- Silk Green (This variant features a “Vegan Leather” finish).
Performance and Hardware
Under the hood, the Note Edge 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset. The marketing material claims this is the first smartphone in India to utilize this specific processor and cites an AnTuTu benchmark score of over 7,50,000.
For gaming, the device supports up to 90FPS. It also includes a suite of AI-driven gaming features labeled “AI Powers Your Play,” which includes:
- Performance Mode
- Magic Voice Changer
- Network Enhancement
- Bypass Charging (A feature allowing the phone to be powered directly without charging the battery to reduce heat during gaming).
Additional Features
The rear of the device features an RGB Halo Light, serving as a notification or status indicator. Audio capabilities are provided by Dual Speakers with sound by JBL.
Regarding durability, the handset is rated IP55 for dust and splash protection. We already known that the phone has a 50MP main sensor, 13MP front camera, and a 6500mAh battery with 45W fast charging, and 10W reverse charging.
Launch date
The Infinix Note Edge 5G is set to launch in India on February 18th at 12 PM. The device will be available via the e-commerce platform Flipkart.
