POCO has launched the POCO M8 5G smartphone in India, as it had promised. It packs a 6.77-inch FHD+ OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, up to 3200 nit peak brightness, and a 7.35mm sleek body.
It is powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC, has 8GB RAM and comes with a 50MP rear camera and a 20MP front camera. It runs Android 15 with HyperOS 2 on top, and will get 4 years of OS updates and 6 years of security patches.
The phone features IP65 + IP66 dust and splash resistance ratings, has Military-grade durability and packs a 5520mAh silicon carbon battery with 45W fast charging and comes with a charger in the box.

The POCO M8 5G comes in Carbon Black, Frost Silver and Glacial Blue colours and is priced at Rs. 18,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model, Rs. 19,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model and the 8GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 21,999. With bank offer and launch day offer, the effective starting price if Rs. 15,999.
It will be available from Flipkart starting from January 13th.
