LG has announced that it has been recognized with numerous CES 2026 Innovation Awards, securing two of the highly-coveted Best of Innovation distinctions.
These accolades, presented annually by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) ahead of the CES trade show, acknowledge groundbreaking products and services that shape the future of technology and design, underscoring LG’s continued focus on next-generation smart life solutions and display technology.
Display Technology Leadership
LG’s displays were prominent among the honorees, with its OLED TVs and monitors collectively earning five Innovation Awards across categories including Imaging, Gaming & eSports, and Computer Hardware & Components.
The most significant recognition was awarded to the LG SIGNATURE OLED T, which received the Best of Innovation Award in the Imaging category. This marks the fourth consecutive year an LG OLED TV has claimed a Best of Innovation Award, following previous winners such as the LG OLED evo (2025), LG’s first wireless OLED TV (2024), and the LG OLED Flex (2023).
The LG SIGNATURE OLED T is characterized by its 77-inch transparent OLED display, 4K resolution, and LG’s wireless AV transmission technology. LG recently showcased the display’s potential by creating a kinetic media chandelier using 28 units of the transparent TV at the APEC CEO Summit Korea 2025.
Other display products recognized include a premium LCD TV with Micro RGB technology, the portable lifestyle screen LG StanbyME 2, and the LG UltraFine evo 6K professional monitor. The latter is noted as the first display to support both 6K (6,144 × 3,456) resolution and the Thunderbolt 5 interface.
Advancements in Smart Platforms and Home Appliances
Beyond displays, LG’s webOS smart TV platform received dual recognition with Innovation Awards in the Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity categories. This is the second consecutive year webOS has been honored for Cybersecurity, reinforcing its reputation as an intelligent and secure entertainment platform.
In the Home Appliances category, LG’s new built-in robot vacuum station earned an Innovation Award. The product features a concealed design, allowing installation under spaces like kitchen sinks or behind doors. It integrates a steam-cleaning system, applied to both the robot vacuum and the station, aimed at improving hygiene management.
The full details of LG’s CES 2026 Innovation Award-winning products are scheduled to be revealed at CES 2026 in Las Vegas on January 6, 2026.
