motorola edge 70 with 6.67″ 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, 5.99mm sleek design announced


motorola has introduced the edge 70, the company’s latest smartphone in the edge series for the global markets, after it was introduced as the moto X70 Air in China last week. The main highlight is its 5.99 sleek design and 159g lightweight body.

The phone packs a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED screen, is powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, comes with a metal frame, has IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance and has military-grade durability.

The phone has a 50MP main camera along with a 50MP secondary camera, 50MP front camera and packs a 4800mAh Silicon-Carbon battery with support for 68W TurboPower fast charging, 15W wireless charging.

Pricing and availability

The motorola edge 70 comes in PANTONE Lily Pad, PANTONE Gadget Grey and PANTONE Bronze Green colours and is priced at 799 Euros (USD 917 / Rs. 81,310 approx.) / 700 GBP.

It is already rolling out in the UK, and will be available in several countries in Europe and the Middle East starting this week. The phone will arrive in select markets around the world in the future, said motorola.
