Devialet has launched an exclusive edition of its portable speaker, the Devialet Mania Opéra Rouge, for the holiday season in India. This edition is part of Devialet’s collaboration with the Paris National Opera, established in 2017, which adds a golden finish as a tribute to the Palais Garnier while supporting French culture and artistic creation.
The speaker features a garnet red body inspired by the Palais Garnier, with the handle and woofers in deep burgundy, and a gold-plated frame crafted from 24-carat gold alloy. It retains all the technical features of the standard Mania, including Active Stereo Calibration (ASC) with four microphones that detect its position in a room and adjust audio output automatically.
Its 360° cross-stereo architecture delivers wide, enveloping sound, while SAM® (Speaker Active Matching) technology ensures precise bass reproduction. The device provides up to 10 hours of battery life, supports Alexa voice control, and offers connectivity via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, Spotify Connect, AirPlay, and the Devialet App (DOS 2 platform) for flexible use across devices.
