Update: motorola has confirmed the launch of moto g06 power in India on October 7th. The company says that it will be the first in the segment with a 7000mah battery.

Earlier: motorola has started teasing the launch of a new moto Power series phone in India. “Get ready for what’s next. Boundless power to work, stream and scroll,” says the company.

Another teaser says “The Future Arrives in Full Power,” and “A new way to power through. Work, play, and create without boundaries — the possibilities are endless.” This should be the moto g06 Power budget 4G phone that was introduced last month.

To remind you, the moto g06 Power packs a 6.88-inch HD+ 120Hz screen, is powered by MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme processor, runs Android 15 out of the box, features a 50MP rear camera and a 8MP front camera.

The phone has IP64 ratings for dust and splash resistance, feature stereo speakers along with Dolby Atmos and has a massive 7000mAh battery that promises over two and a half days of battery life. With 1000 charge cycles, it can retain above 80% of battery health even after years of use, said the company. It has 18W fast charging.

The moto g06 Power comes in PANTONE Laurel Oak, PANTONE Tapestry, and PANTONE Tendril colours. It is expected to be priced around Rs. 8000 for the 4GB + 64GB model. We should know more details in the coming days.
