
Xiaomi is gearing up to introduce the REDMI K90 series smartphones in the coming weeks. Now the REDMI K90 with the model number Xiaomi 2510DRK44C has surfaced in Geekbench listing.

This reveals Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC for the phone, which is a major upgrade compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in the REDMI K80. Usually, only the Pro version of the phone gets the flagship chip.
The scores are on par with other Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered phones including the lates Xiaomi 17 series. This also reveals 16GB of RAM, but we can also expect 12GB RAM models. This should run HyperOS 3 out of the box, based on Android 16.
The phone with the same model number ‘2510DRK44C’ recently passed the 3C certification, revealing 100W wired charging matching the Xiaomi 17 series compared to 90W in the predecessor.
Based on earlier reports, the phone is said to retain a 2K AMOLED flat screen, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, and feature narrow bezels. The K90 series is said to get USB 3 support finally. We can expect over 7000mAh battery for the phones.
The REDMI K80 series was introduced by the end of November last year, but we can expect the REDMI K90 series sometime mid-October.
