Apple Arcade is getting 3 new games and Hello Kitty update this September


Apple Arcade, Apple’s subscription gaming platform, has rolled out new games and updates timed with the NFL season and upcoming fall releases. The latest lineup includes a retro football game, a trivia challenge based on a classic quiz show, and a new adventure in a magical world.

New Games Releasing September 2025

NFL Retro Bowl ’26 by New Star Games (Launching September 4)

This NFL-licensed arcade-style football title returns exclusively on Apple Arcade, featuring authentic team rosters and vintage-inspired visuals. The new NFL Retro Bowl Championship Leaderboard mode allows players to pick their teams and compete in weekly matchups aligned with the 2025 NFL season, accumulating points to climb live leaderboards.

Jeopardy! Daily by Frosty Pop Games (Launching September 4)

This game, inspired by the iconic quiz show, provides unique clues written by the show’s own writers. Players respond by typing answers on their device keyboard, explore fresh daily game boards, enter weekly competitions, and vie for top spots on global leaderboards.

My Talking Tom Friends+ by Outfit7 (Launching September 4)

This virtual pet simulator brings together the Talking Tom & Friends characters, allowing users to nurture their pets, enjoy mini-games, and explore a colorful shared environment.

Upcoming Game Update

Hello Kitty Island Adventure (Update coming September 18)
Players will visit Wheatflour Wonderland, a magical land filled with stained-glass castles and mysterious ruins.

The update introduces a new character, Cogimyun, who seeks help to unlock the Ancient Citadel and discover a hidden treasure. This content will be available to all subscribers at no extra cost.
