OnePlus Campus Dominate – Road to BGMS 2025 launched for Indian College Gamers


OnePlus has announced the launch of OnePlus Campus Dominate – Road to BGMS 2025, a national gaming tournament designed for college students across India. This initiative aims to provide a platform for aspiring young gamers to compete, with a prize pool of Rs. 6 lakhs.

The two leading teams from Campus Dominate will qualify to compete in BGMS 2025, a prominent BGMI esports league in India.

In a related development, OnePlus recently revealed the upcoming launch of the OnePlus Nord 5 and OnePlus Nord CE5 on July 8th, 2025. The OnePlus Nord 5 is stated to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile Platform and LPDDR5X RAM.

According to the announcement, this configuration is intended to offer high performance, supporting BGMI at 90fps, with frame interpolation potentially increasing this to 144fps. Call of Duty Mobile is also noted to run natively at 144fps on the device.

Registrations for Campus Dominate are open from today, June 26th till July 12th, 2025. The tournament is open to all colleges across India.

What’s at Stake?

OnePlus is offering a significant prize pool and unique opportunities for the top teams:

  • ₹6 Lakh Prize Pool: A substantial reward for top-performing teams.
  • Two Competing Slots at BGMS 2025*:
    • The winning team will secure a direct competing slot in BGMS 2025, India’s premier BGMI esports league.
    • An additional competing slot will be awarded to the team with the highest cumulative kills at the Grand Finals, emphasizing aggressive play.
  • OnePlus Nord 5 for Winners + Their Best Friends: Winners will receive the new OnePlus Nord 5 devices for themselves and their teammates.
Tournament Format

Campus Dominate features a hybrid format:

  • Online Qualifiers: All initial qualifying rounds will be conducted virtually, allowing teams to compete from any location.
  • LAN Grand Finals: The top 16 teams will advance to a live, on-stage battle for the title.
Who Can Register?

To ensure fair play and competitive integrity, specific eligibility criteria have been set:

  • Participants must be currently enrolled college students in India.
  • Players must be 18 years or older.
  • Each participant’s BGMI account must be level 20 or higher.

There is a strict registration cap of 1,280 teams. If more than this number of eligible registrations are received, a random draw will be conducted to select the final participating teams. Selected teams will be contacted by the tournament organizer with further details.
