vivo X200 FE with Dimensity 9300+, 12GB RAM surfaces in benchmarks

vivo X200 FE, the company’s first smartphone in the new FE series with the model number V2503, has surfaced in Geekbench listing. This reveals that the phone will use MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC as opposed to Dimensity 9400e as rumored earlier.

This also reveals 12GB of RAM and Android 15 for the phone. The Geekbench 6 single-core score of 2087 and multi-core score of 6808 is almost similar to the latest vivo T4 Ultra that uses the same chip.

Earlier rumours revealed that the phone will pack a 6.31-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED screen, 50MP IMX921 primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 50MP Sony IMX882 3X Telephoto camera and a 50MP front camera.

The phone is expected to come with IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, and pack a large 6500mAh battery with 90W fast charging.

Pricing and launch?

The vivo X200 FE is said to launch in 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB models priced between Rs. 50,000 and 60,000 and launch in India sometime in July 2025, which is next month.
