HONOR 400 series to debut with AI image to video feature

HONOR already confirmed that the HONOR 400 Series will launch globally on May 22, 2025. Today, the company has revealed that the phone will feature “AI Image to Video” feature, developed in collaboration with Google Cloud technology. This development represents an advancement in mobile imaging content creation.

The “AI Image to Video” feature is designed to enable users to transform static images into engaging video content. This functionality allows for the conversion of various image types, including real-life photographs, AI-generated artwork, and older pictures, into 5-second short videos and moving photos. These outputs are intended for sharing on social media platforms, accessible to both Android and iOS users.

The HONOR 400 series aims to position itself as a competitive AI camera phone within its price segment, incorporating what are described as flagship-level AI features and extensive AI imaging capabilities.

The “AI Image to Video” feature is highlighted as a central component of these capabilities, offering users the ability to generate videos directly within their local photo gallery.

This integration is stated to remove the requirement for external third-party applications, seeking to provide enhanced convenience and creative control.

The HONOR 400 series event in London starts at 4PM BST (8:30 PM IST), and the company should offer a live stream for the event. It has also started pre-registrations for the phones in the UK.
