moto g86 5G with 6.67″ 1.5K 120Hz OLED display, Dimensity 7300, IP69 ratings, 6720mAh battery surfaces


The moto g86 5G successor to last year’s moto g85 5G has surfaced, thanks to @evleaks. This reveals improved 1.5K 120Hz pOLED screen, faster MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, up to 12GB of RAM, and a familiar camera set up.

The main highlight of the phone is the 6720mAh battery, which is a huge upgrade compared to the 5000mAh battery in the predecessor. However, it is also expected to come in a 5200mAh battery version in some markets. This also reveals MIL-810H standard and IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

The moto g86 5G will come in Pantone Spellbound, Pantone Chrysanthemum, Pantone Cosmic Sky, Pantone Golden Cypress colours.

According to rumours, the phone will be priced at 330 Euros (USD 374 / Rs. 31,680 approx.) for the 8GB + 256GB model. However, it expected to start under Rs. 20,000 when it launches in India. The phone is expected to be introduced soon, along with the moto G56 5G, and the India launch might not be far away after the announcement.
