Grand Theft Auto VI second trailer released

Rockstar Games has unexpectedly released the second official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, offering fans a deeper dive into the chaotic world of Vice City and the lives of protagonists Jason and Lucia.

This comes after the company confirmed the release date of May 26, 2026. The first trailer was released back in December 2023.

The new trailer expands upon the initial glimpse of GTA VI, focusing on the dynamic-duo Jason and Lucia as they navigate the criminal underworld of Leonida, the state that includes the reimagined Vice City.

The footage showcases a variety of their illicit activities, from heists and shootouts with law enforcement to navigating the vibrant and often bizarre landscapes of the game world.

Key moments highlighted in the trailer include scenes of Jason handling various tasks and collecting money, the pair engaging in a store robbery, and glimpses of their interactions in diverse settings like a boat and a club.

The second trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI has provided additional details regarding the game’s characters, setting, and content ahead of its scheduled release.

Update: Official Rockstar Games website now reveals more details about the Grand Theft Auto VI. The narrative centers around Jason and Lucia, who find themselves entangled in a criminal conspiracy stretching across Leonida after a seemingly easy score goes wrong. They are forced to rely on each other for survival.

There are other characters such as Boobie Ike, a Vice City figure with interests in real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio, and Dre’Quan Priest, an aspiring music mogul. The group “Real Dimez,” consisting of Bae-Luxe and Roxy, with a history of turning their experiences into rap tracks and utilizing social media are mentioned.
