Duke Nukem 3D now available for Android

MachineWorks Northwest has launched the Android version of the popular game Duke Nukem 3D as they said last month. It is already available for iPhone and iPad. The Game is 28MB in size and it installs to the MicroSD card by default.

The game is optimized for all newer multi-touch devices and has native support for large tablet sized devices such as the Motorola Xoom. It has the Dual stick or new “drag to look” controls. It has ads on menu pages but not during the game play.

Download Duke Nukem 3D for the Android (1.6 and later) from the Android Market for US$0.99. Episode 1 included in the game, episodes 2 and 3 can be purchased for US$0.99 each through in-app purchase.

[Update:] – A minor update is available to remove the ads. Enjoy!
