vivo Y18e and Y18 launched in India starting at Rs. 7999

vivo has launched Y18 and Y18e, the company’s latest budget smartphones in the ‘Y Series’ in India, as the successors to Y17 which were launched back in 2019.

The phones pack a 6.56-inch HD+ 90Hz screen, are powered by Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G85 12nm SoC with 4GB of RAM and up to 4GB of virtual RAM, run Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14, pack has a 13/50-megapixel Main Camera, 5/8-megapixel front camera and a 5000mAh battery with 15W charging.

The phones come in Space Black and Gem Green colours. Regarding the design, the dipping process makes a natural and delicate color gradient that seamlessly blends with the texture, says vivo.

The nanometer-scale coating allows for glass-like transparency, and the 3D micro sculpting makes silver water ripples that sparkle like gemstones, says the company.
