Earlier: Xiaomi has confirmed the name of its Snapdragon 8s Gen 3-powered phone that will launch in April as Redmi Turbo 3. This will be the successor to last year’s Redmi Note 12 Turbo, powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2.
Redmi Brand’s General Manager Wang Teng Thomas already posted an image of the phone’s display that showed sleek bezels. Today, he said that the Turbo 3 will be the first masterpiece of the new series in the new decade.
Based on the new ten-year plan, the company has built a new product matrix:
- K series: positioned as a technological performance flagship, fully evolving into a high-end flagship
- Turbo series: positioned as a new generation performance flagship, reshaping the mid-range performance landscape;
- Note series: positioned as a mid-range experience Benchmark, promoting the rapid popularization of flagship experience
- Number series: positioning high-quality entry-level phones, pushing up the industry experience baseline.
