After rumours, and certification, OnePlus has confirmed the launch of OnePlus Buds 3, the company’s next TWS earbuds in China on January 4th, alongside the OnePlus Ace 3 smartphone.
The images show the buds in Gray and Blue colours, glossy finish for the outer part of the buds and a matte finish for the inner part and a matte finish for the case. The design of the buds and the case look similar to the Buds Pro 2.
Based on earlier rumours, the buds will feature a 10.4mm woofer, a 6mm tweeter, and support 48dB of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). They will boast an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance, provide 9 hours of battery life, similar to the Buds Pro 2, extending to 33 hours with the case.
With ANC on, it is said to last for 6 hours, extending to 22 hours with the case. Connectivity options will include Bluetooth 5.3, Google Fast Pair, and dual connectivity support.
Certification revealed that the case will house a 520mAh battery with 4.5W input and 1.2W output, while the buds will have a 58mAh battery.
We should know the price of the buds when it goes official next week. We can expect it to launch in India along with the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R on January 23rd.
