vivo has introduced the v29 5G, the company’s latest smartphone in the V29 series in Europe, after introducing the V29 Lite recently. The phone packs a 6.78-inch FHD+ 120Hz 55° curved AMOLED display, and features a 50MP autofocus front camera with dual soft LED flash.
Powered by Snapdragon 778G SoC with 8GB of RAM and up to 8GB of virtual RAM, the phone has Ultra Large VC Bionic Cooling System and features IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance. It has a 50MP rear camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP camera, and has a light ring (15.6 mm in diameter), which is called as Aura Light.
This creates a three-dimensional lighting effect and ensures even illumination from every angle, eliminating facial shadows and dark areas, said the company.
The light-emitting area is nine times larger than a standard flash, and it delicately accentuates the skin tone while artfully concealing imperfections, unveiling one’s natural beauty, it added. There is a 36% increase in brightness as compared to the V27. The phone pack a 4600mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging that can charge up to 50% in 18 minutes.
It comes in Peak Blue and Noble Black colours with 3D Magnetic Particles technology that in which 15 million micron-sized 3D magnetic particles create a variety of different shimmering and cascading gradations of light and shadows. By tilting the phone, the mountain-like silhouette shifts and sways, as if responding to the rhythm of the movement, said the company.

The vivo V29 5G is priced at 11,999 Czech Koruna (USD 550 / Rs. 45,445 approx.) in the Czech Republic, and those who pre-order it will get a free vivo TWS 2 ANC earphones. There is a countdown running on the site, and it should be launched officially on August 15th.
