Qualcomm and Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team sign multi-year agreement


Qualcomm Technologies and Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team have formed a strategic collaboration that will make use of the power of Snapdragon technology.

The partnership will offer unique experiences for fans, both online and offline. Last year, Qualcomm teamed up with Ferrari  to accelerate its digital transformation of Ferrari.

The team is committed to exploring ways to accelerate their digital transformation and establish a cutting-edge smart space at their UK campus, utilizing not only Snapdragon but also other innovative technologies from Qualcomm.

As a consumer product brand of Qualcomm Technologies, Snapdragon is renowned for powering immersive experiences across a range of high-end devices, including smartphones, gaming systems, XR devices, PCs, and wearables.

Notably, the Snapdragon logo has been prominently featured on the Mercedes-AMG F1 W14 E PERFORMANCE car that was just unveiled at the Silverstone circuit in the UK. In addition, Snapdragon branding will be displayed on the drivers’ racing suits, the clothing of senior personnel, and even within the garage and trackside team environments.
