realme 9 with 90Hz Super AMOLED display, 108MP ISOCELL HM6 sensor launching in India on April 7


After teasing 108MP camera for the phone, realme today confirmed that the company will launch the realme 9 4G smartphone in India along with the realme GT 2 Pro on April 7th. This will feature a 108MP ProLight Camera, and the company already confirmed that it will be one of the world’s first smartphones to come with the Samsung ISOCELL HM6 Image Sensor.

The ISOCELL HM6 image sensor has the latest NonaPixel Plus technology, which helps to bring more brightness to photos and enhances overall light intake by 123%. This HM6 sensor also combines in-sensor ultra-zoom technology with a merging algorithm to provide a stunning zoomed-in photo that clearly captures even the smallest details. It will feature a 120° ultra-wide camera and a 2MP 4cm macro camera alongside.

It will also come with a 90Hz Super AMOLED screen with 360Hz touch sampling rate, 10240-level brightness adjustment, up to 1000 nits peak brightness, in-display fingerprint scanner with heart rate monitoring option.

The phone will retain the 3.5mm audio jack from the predecessor, come with a ripple holographic design with plasma atom coating and UV-Nano imprinting, Sunburst gold, Stargaze white and Meteor Black colours, will be 7.9mm thick and weigh 178 grams. The company says that it will pack powerful processor and massive battery. It could come pack a 5000mAh battery.
