OPPO launched the ColorOS 12 in China last month, and the company said that it will launch globally in October. Today, it has confirmed the global launch of ColorOS 12 will happen on October 11th. OPPO already said that the new ColorOS brings an unburdened experience with smart technology, has a new design, and improved security and privacy features.
ColorOS 12 has brand-new icons, borderless design, quick-view cards or widgets, Omoji, free floating window, sidebar 2.0, cross-screen interconnection, new Quantum Animation Engine 3.0 and AI Self-Smooth Engine 2.0, and integrates Android 12’s privacy protection features.
ColorOS 12 Beta
OPPO has also confirmed that the Find X3 Pro will be the first model to get the ColorOS 12 with more devices to follow in the future. We should know the complete list when it goes official next week. Application for early access for ColorOS12 beta upgrade for OPPO Find X3 Pro users in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia is now open.

- Settings > Software Update > Top right corner icon > Trial version > Beta Version > Fill in your information > Apply now
The beta version is for limited users only and will be released on a batch by batch basis. OS version should be updated to A.21 or above.
