OPPO Reno4 Pro 5G with 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED 90Hz display, Snapdragon 765G, up to 12GB RAM and Reno4 5G announced


OPPO just announced the Reno4 and Reno4 Pro smartphones at an event in China, as it had promised. Both the phones are powered by Snapdragon 765G Mobile Platform with support for 5G SA/NSA, 360° surround antenna 2.0. The Reno4 packs a 6.4-inch FHD+ screen with 90.7% screen-to-body ration, while the Reno4 Pro comes with a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED Flexible screen with 90Hz  refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate and 93.4% screen-to-body ratio.

Both the phones feature a 48-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus, but only the Reno 4 Pro has OIS. The Reno4 has 8-megapixel 119° ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel mono sensor, while the Reno4 Pro comes with 13-megapixel telephoto camera with 5x hybrid zoom and up to 20 times digital zoom, 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle video lens, designed for night videos and Super Image Stabilizer Pro. Both the phones have a 32-megapixel front camera, while the Reno4 also includes a secondary 2-megapixel depth sensor for portraits. These pack 4020mAh and 4000mAh battery with support for 65W Super Flash Charge fast charging.

The OPPO Reno4 comes in Diamond Blue, Mirror Black and Taro Purple colors, is priced at 2999 yuan (US$ 422 / Rs. 31,960 approx.) for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs 3299 yuan (US$ 465 / Rs. 35,145 approx.).

The OPPO Reno4 Pro comes in Diamond Blue, Diamond Red, Mirror Black, Titanium Blank and Green Glitter colors. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 3799 yuan (US$ 532 / Rs. 40,470 approx.) and the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs 4299 yuan (US$ 606 / Rs. 45,790 approx.). Both these are available for order and will go on sale in China from June 12th. The Green Glitter version will be available from June 18th.
