After teasers iQOO has officially introduced the Transformers Limited Edition version of the iQOO 3 5G smartphone in China. It has Transformers logo on the back and iQOO branding with gold accents. There is also a carbon fiber texture throughout the back, under the glass. There is also a slight redesign in the camera part to match the look along with gold finish throughout the sides, while the power button is in orange color.
The phone also comes with Transformers theme that includes icons, wallpapers and iQOO UI interface to match the style of the phone. In the box it comes with a case with Transformers logo, charger and charging cable to match the design.
Other specifications are similar, including a 6.44-inch Full HD+ 20:9 Super AMOLED screen with Schott Xensation UP glass protection, 16MP camera inside the tiny punch-hole, Snapdragon 865, Android 10 with iQOO UI 1.0, Carbon Fiber VC Liquid Cooling, quad rear cameras that includes a 48MP main camera, 13MP telephoto lens for up to 20x digital zoom, 13MP 120° ultra-wide angle lens that can also shoot macro image and 2MP depth camera.
The back has Corning Gorilla Glass 6 glass protection, comes with Monster Touch Buttons that use two pressure-sensitive buttons on the side frame of helping users to achieve quick multi-finger operations games and a 4440mAh battery with 55W FlashCharge Technology.
The iQOO 3 5G Transformers Limited Edition is priced at 3498 yuan (US$ 490 / Rs. 37,140 approx.) for the 12GB LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB UFS 3.1 storage version and is already available for order in China with sales starting from June 1st.
