Google Nest Mini launched in India for Rs. 4499

Google has launched the Nest Mini, successor to Google Home Mini in India, after it was introduced at the Pixel event last month. It has been completely re-engineered with Google Assistant to make everything users love about the original, even better, said the company.

Nest Mini provides bass that’s twice as strong as the original Google Home Mini (measured from 60-100 Hz at maximum volume). “Google’s expert audio engineers developed proprietary audio tuning software, allowing users to get the most out of the hardware,” said the company.

The new Nest Mini brings improved ability to operate in noisy environments. The Assistant automatically modulates the output sound according to the background noise in the room. It also senses proximity to light up the LED as soon as the user’s hand gets close to the device; guiding where to tap and adjust the volume.

Just like Google Home and Home Mini, Nest Mini supports both English and Hindi. So once you set up Nest Mini, just say, “Hey Google, what can you do?” to get started.

  • Soft rounded edges that blend in with your home.

The Google Nest Mini comes in Chalk and Charcoal colors, is priced at Rs. 4499 and is available from Flipkart.
