We recently got hold of Flydigi Sting controller, which is compatible with Android and iOS devices and can hold any device up to 9 mm thickness and 82 mm width. The company is using its patented CapAir Mapping technology, that can achieve instantaneous response without failure. Flydigi claims that it had invited professional gamers to pre-test the product to determine the button size so that the Flydigi Sting could provide a professional gaming experience.
As per the company, Flydigi Sting buttons have gone through 12 different design optimizations, the company has designed controller with separate buttons for left hand and right hand to provide a more comfortable gaming experience. The company has used a rubber cushion on the inner side to prevent the phone from getting scratched.
It supports one-button switch between normal mode and continuous click mode, with a simple long click, user can utilize the automatic firepower of M416 or Scar-L to kill the opponents. In the continuous click mode, users can achieve up to 8 clicks (gunshots) per second without repeated manual clicks.
The CapAir Mapping technology draws power from the inbuilt battery that can be charged using the Micro-USB port, that can be found on the top. The company claims a standby time of 80 hours and it can work up to a month after a full charge.
We used the controller with Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi K20 Pro, and other devices and it worked well during the testing.
