Huawei’s Honor Brand is all set to launch its  Honor 10 Lite smartphone in India this week, after it was introduced back in November last year. Here we have the first impressions of the smartphone.

  • Honor 10 Lite smartphone in Sapphire Blue color
  • 2-pin charger (5V-2A)
  • Micro USB Cable
  • Clear protective case

  • Quick start guide and warranty information

The smartphone has a 6.21-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:5:9 aspect ratio dewdrop notch display with a 24-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture is housed inside the notch. The camera uses 4-in-1 light fusion technology and exposure compensation technology for a better selfie experience and has AI feature that recognizes eight selfie scenarios. The earpiece is present on the top edge. It has a small chin below the display. This display looks bright and sharp.

Running on Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.0 on top, the phone is powered by the company’s own Octa-Core Kirin 710 12nm SoC with support for GPU Turbo and up to 6GB RAM.

On the back there is a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 aperture along with a secondary 2-megapixel camera for AI portraits and AI scene detection for detecting 22 different scenes. There is also a fingerprint sensor. The phone comes with dual 4G VoLTE support, similar to most of the latest Honor phones, but this has a Hybrid Dual SIM slot that accepts dual nano SIM cards or a nano SIM and a microSD card.

The phone has a gradiant finish on the plastic back that fades gradually from light to dark — Sky Blue which looks unique. Under the hood there is a 3400mAh battery.

The Honor 10 Lite will come in 4GB and 6GB RAM variants, both with 64GB of storage. The phone will be launched in India exclusively on Flipkart on January 15th.
