HMD Global launched the Nokia 8 Sirocco in India last week. We already brought you the hands-on impressions and the photo gallery of the smartphone from the MWC 2018, here we have the unboxing of the phone.

The phone has a 5.5-inch Quad HD pOLED display, sculpted Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and is powered by Snapdragon 835 with 6GB RAM. Running on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with April security patch, the phone will get monthly Android security updates and is also upgradable to Android P. The phone has a 5-megapixel camera on the front with 1.4um pixel size.
On the back there is a 12-megapixel primary rear camera with 2L7 wide-angle lens, 1.4um pixel size, f/1.7 aperture along with a 13-megapixel secondary camera with 3M3 Telephoto lens, 1.0um pixel size, f/2.6 aperture, dual-tone flash and it also offers 2x loss-less zoom.
It has a glass back, packs a 3260mAh battery with fast charging and Qi Wireless Charging, has a fingerprint sensor on the back and lacks a 3.5mm audio jack. It has 128GB of storage and also doesn’t have a microSD card slot that was present on the Nokia 8 and comes with single SIM support. It also has IP67 ratings for water resistance.
It is priced at Rs. 49,999 and will be available from 30th April with pre-bookings starting from April 20th on Flipkart, Nokia mobile shop online as well as offline stores. We will bring you the complete review of the smartphone soon.
