HTC 10 monthly security patch for June starts rolling out

HTC 10 Review -1

HTC has started rolling out the monthly security patch update to its unlocked HTC 10 devices in North America.

The 304MB firmware update (build version 1.80.6171) for the HTC 10 brings stability improvements, performance improvements and bug fixes only. Not sure if the update has been rolled here in India as well, but if you have the HTC 10 then you can go to Settings menu to manually check for the software update.

Previously, HTC’s Vice President of Product Management, Mo Versi had shared information on Twitter about an update for Verizon locked HTC 10 device owners, with enhancements to the main camera app.
