Motorola slashes device pricing to pave way for 4th Gen Moto G (2016)

We’re all set for the announcement of the 4th generation (2016) model of the Motorola Moto G tomorrow. The company has just slashed the prices of three devices in order to prepare the arrival of their latest device.

The devices in question are the 3rd Gen Moto G (2015), Moto G Turbo Edition and 2nd Gen Moto 360 smartwatch. Each of the two smartphones have received a Rs 1,000 price cut which brings the effective price to Rs 9,999 and 11,499 respectively.

The 2nd Gen Moto 360 receives a higher discount of Rs 1,500 on the original price and another Rs 1,000 off if you club the purchase with a Moto phone as well. Note that the discounted pricing doesn’t apply to the Moto 360 Sport.

Users can also make use of the exchange offers on Flipkart to bring down the price further. When exchanged with another device, users can get the 3rd Gen Moto G for as low as Rs 1,999 and the Moto G Turbo for as low as Rs 1,499. The new pricing is effective on Amazon as well as Flipkart but the exchange offers can only be redeemed through Flipkart.
