Samsung launched the Galaxy J5 selfie-focused smartphone with 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash in India for Rs, 11,999 last week. We already went hands-on with the phone, and now lets take a look at the photo gallery.
The Galaxy J5 sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU. Running Android 5.1 (Lollipop), the phone has 1.5GB RAM, 8GB of internal memory, expandable with microSD.
At front the device has a 5MP front-facing camera with LED flash, 120-degree wide-angle lens along with earpiece and proximity sensor.
There are two capacitive touch buttons below the display on either side of the trademark physical home button.
There is a 3.5mm audio jack, micro USB port and microphone at the bottom of the phone.
At the top the phone has the Qualcomm 4G sticker and no other keys.
There are volume rockers on the left side of the phone.
The power/lock switch is present on the right side. The device measures 142.1 x 71.8 x 7.9mm and weighs 146g.
There is a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture at the back.
The loudspeaker grill is present next to the camera lens while Samsung branding is at the center and Duos branding at the lower back.
Under the back cover we can see micro SIM card slots along with micro SD card slot.
The removable 2600mAh battery is present underneath the removable back cover.
The Samsung Galaxy J5 comes in Black, White and Gold colors and will exclusively go on sale on Flipkart from July 23rd.
