Oppo has launched the N1 mini, the company’s latest smartphone in India as expected. The main highlight of the phone is its 13-megapixel rotating camera with 1/3.2″ Sony IMX214 stacked sensor, 6-element lens, f/2.0 aperture, LED flash. It uses software enhancements to capture images at 24-megapixel resolution.
It has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display from JDI, powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) with Color OS 1.4 on top. Oppo offered O-Click, remote control unit lets you remotely trigger the shutter of the phone camera free with N1, but it doesn’t come bundled with the N1 mini, and you have to pay Rs. 1,890 to get it separately.
At the launch, Tom Lu, CEO, OPPO India,
