LG Tone Infinim Bluetooth headset developed with Harman/Kardon announced


LG Tone Infinim

LG has unveiled Tone Infinim (HBS-900), its new premium Bluetooth stereo headset developed in collaboration with Harman/Kardon. It has a stylish design that is almost similar to previous Tone series headsets from LG, but this has a glossy metallic finish. It has retractable wire management technology for tangle-free operation, jog button to fast forward and rewind, sound and vibration alert to inform of incoming messages, current time and battery status. 

It use Bluetooth 3.0 technology and supports most audio profiles such as A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and HSP. With the 220 mAh built-in rechargeable battery, LG promises up to 17 hours of talk time, up to 14 hours of audio playback and up to 550 hours of standby. The headset is also optimized for the upcoming LG G3 smartphone.

LG Tone Infinim

It has Name Alert, which announces the name or phone number of person calling and Answer Me+,  exclusively available for G3. The Answer Me+ lets users automatically disconnect Tone Infinim when you raise G3 to your ear to allow for direct use of the smartphone.

The LG Tone Infinim comes in Silver color initially and would go on sale starting this summer in major markets globally. No word on pricing yet.
