Huawei Ascend P7, the successor of the Ascend P6 was expected to be unveiled at the MWC 2014 earlier this February when the live images of the phone leaked, but Huawei unveiled the Ascend P7 mini at the MWC ahead of Ascend P7. The company recently announced that it would unveil the Ascend P7 at an event Paris on May 7th. A week before the launch, @evleaks has posted some press shots of the smartphone.

The phone looks similar to the Ascend P6 in its design. According to earlier leak from @evleaks, the Huawei Ascend P7 would have a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) full HD IPS display and would be powered by a 1.8 GHz quad-core Huawei Kirin 910T processor.  It would be less 7mm thick and has a new power button design that differs from the Ascend P6.
