Sony has unveiled a new Future Lab Program which is the company’s R&D initiative under which it aims to share concept prototypes that are in the development stage with the users. The program will then take user feedbacks to refine the product.
Sony launched its flagship Xperia Z3+ smartphone in India back in June last year for Rs. 55,990, now the smartphone is available for just Rs. 25,999 in the country from Amazon.in. Sony didn’t change much in the Xperia Z3+ from the Z3. The major change was Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 processor, but it comes with the same 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Triluminos Display and has Sony’s Omni balance design with glass back. Play Station 4 is getting an important update that will enable you to play games on a PC or Mac. Dubbed as remote play, the feature which is part of the 3.50 update is rolling out in beta. Remote Play allows PlayStation 4 owners to stream gameplay to select devices over their home internet connection.

Sony has just filed a new patent for a Powerglove controller for smartphones that is similar to their PS3 Move. The device would be ideally incorporated with a VR experience to control the headset.
Sony is axing its beloved Xperia Z series. The company has officially confirmed that it will not release a Xperia Z6 which means, Xperia Z5 will be the last phone in the Z series.

It has a 5-inch HD curved glass edge-to-edge display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). Sony has announced next-generation wireless ear-piece dubbed as Xperia Ear, as expected at the MWC 2016. The Xperia Ear is a smart Bluetooth earbud that acts like a virtual assistant and is powered by Sony’s voice technology.

Sony will introduce a new smartphone, codenamed Xperia PP10 and a smart Bluetooth headset dubbed Smart Ear at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2016 in Barcelona next week. According the leaked image from @evleaks, the Xperia smartphone will have a curved design, a large power button, similar to Xperia Z5 smartphones and a dedicated camera shutter button, below the volume rockers.
