Sony at the CES 2018 introduced three new wireless headsets –  WF-SP700N truly wireless earbuds, WI-SP600N and WI-SP500 in-ear headphones. Both the WF-SP700N and WI-SP600N come with with support for noise-canceling technology blocks out distractions to keep you focused, while Ambient Sound Mode lets you enjoy your music and still hear your surroundings. All these are splash-proof with IPX4 ratings. Sony also introduced MDR-1AM2 wired headphones.

Sony BRAVIA X900F and A8F 4K HDR OLED TVs with Dolby Vision announced

Sony at the CES 2018 show has introduced BRAVIA X900F and A8F 4K HDR OLED TV series designed to deliver enhanced color, contrast, and clarity. The A8F Series range from 65″ and 55″ models OLED 4K TVs, while the X900F Series include 85”, 75″, 65″, 55″, and 49″ 4K HDR TVs. Sony at the CES 2018 introduced Xperia L2, a new budget smartphone and the successor of the Xperia L that was introduced back in 2013. It has a 5.5-inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection, is powered by quad-core MediaTek SoC and runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat). It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front camera with 120-degree super wide-angle lens. Sony just announced Xperia XA2, successor of last year’s Xperia XA at the CES 2018. It has a 5.2-inch 1080p screen with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by Snapdragon 630 instead of 5-inch HD screen and MediaTek Helio P10 SoC in the predecessor. It runs Android 8.0 (Oreo) out of the box. It comes with a 23-megapixel rear camera with 1/2.3″ Exmor RS sensor, Hybrid Autofocus and LED flash and an 8-megapixel front camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens. Sony just announced Xperia XA2 Ultra, successor of last year’s Xperia XA Ultra at the CES 2018. It has the same 6-inch 1080p screen with Corning Gorilla Glass protection, but this is powered by Snapdragon 630 instead of MediaTek Helio P10 SoC in the predecessor. It runs Android 8.0 (Oreo) out of the box. The main highlight is its Dual Selfie cameras with flash. It has a 16-megapixel primary front camera with OIS along with an 8-megapixel secondary camera with 120° wide-angle camera. Sony today has started rolling out Android 8.0 Oreo update for Xperia XZ and XZs. The new update comes with a build number 41.3.A.0.401, and the update with same build number is expected to hit Xperia X Performance shortly. Sony just as it promised, is rolling out the update to its flagship smartphones before the end of the year.
