Nokia Asha 500 now available in India for Rs. 4649



Nokia launched the Asha 500 along with the Asha 502 and the Asha 503 in India last week. The Nokia Asha 502 Dual SIM went on sale in India last week, now the the Asha 500 is available in India from online retailer Infibeam, as Nokia promised at the event. The Asha 500 was announced at the Nokia World event in Abu Dhabi back in October . It comes with a 2.8-inch QVGA (320 x 240 pixels), 2 MP rear camera, Nokia Fast lane multi-tasking screen, Dual SIM support, 2G (EDGE), WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and FM Radio. It runs on Nokia Asha software platform with Swipe UI.

It has a new crystal-clear look fusion of ice-like transparency and bold inner colors. Nokia offers free Nokia Music for 3 months and comes with free WhatsApp access for Tata Docomo customers for 3 months. After the offer period Tata Docomo customers can access WhatsApp for 9 months at Rs. 17 per month.
