Asus launched the Fonepad in India with 3G data support and voice calling capabilities back in April. Later the Fonepad was upgraded with a more powerful processor and 32GB internal storage in May. Now the new Fonepad is available from online retailer Flipkart. Apart from the processor and the internal memory, the new Fonepad has similar features including a 7-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS display, 3-megapixel auto focus rear camera with 720p HD video recording, 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). We reviewed the first Fonepad back in May.
The Intel Atom Z2420 was used in the Xolo X500, and the Intel Atom Z2460 chip is used in range of devices including Xolo X900, X910 and ZTE Grand X IN.
