Huawei P10 and P10 Plus Android Oreo beta update starts rolling out

Huawei has announced Android 8.0 Oreo beta program for P10 and P10 Plus as the company’s Romania Facebook page has put out post seeking testers for the Oreo update. The company has already rolled out the update for Mate 9 Pro, P10 and P10 Plus in China and now its turn for the international variants.

The Huawei P10 and P10 Plus were announced at the MWC 2017 in February and now the company is looking for beta testers for P10 and P10 Plus with software versions; VTR-L09C432B180, VTR-L29C432B180, VKY-L09C432B181, and VKY-L29C432B181. Users can join the beta program by installing the Huawei’s beta app and log in with an HWID (Huawei ID).

Once you are done with the login setup, you should automatically receive the update through OTA. If you wish to leave the beta program, you can do that too by following the same method. On the other hand, UK-Reader of AndroidPolice has sent out a screenshot with changelog which is quite a big list. The changelog includes a floating navigation dock, a redesigned settings menu, and a 30-day recycling bin for the gallery, A.I based optimizations, and more.

The beta update is around 2.61GB and is currently available for everyone who own a P10 or P10 Plus with the above-mentioned software version numbers.
