Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 gets a permanent price cut in India, 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version now starts at Rs. 9999

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 4 smartphone in India back in January this year. After about 10 months of launch, the company has announced a Rs. 1000 permanent price cut for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variants in the country. The  Mi Max 2 got a Rs. 1000 price cut in the country recently.

The Redmi Note 4 is still one of the best smartphones in the price range that packs a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 14nm SoC, fingerprint sensor, 4G VoLTE support, Infrared sensor and a 4100mAh battery. It got Android 7.0 Nougat update back in August and got the MIUI 9 update earlier this month.

The Redmi Note 4 is the company’s best selling smartphone and was also the highest shipped smartphone in the country  in the first and second quarters of the year. Last month Xiaomi started selling the phones at Bazaar stores across India.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version now costs Rs. 9999 and the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs Rs. 11,999. It is available at new price from Flipkart, Mi.com, Mi Home and other online partners starting today.
