Stuffcool is widely known for its range of mobile accessories including cases, screen protectors, chargers, car, and bike mount holder and of course the charging cables.

In an attempt to make it unique and to entice Marvel fans across India, Stuffcool in-ties with Marvel recently launched USB Type-C and Micro USB cables featuring our favorite superheroes — Spider-Man (ARANA series), Captain America (CAPTAIN series), Iron Man (HIERRO series) and The Hulk (CASCO series). If you are a superhero fanatic, you should be owning one just like me, but, before that, let me guide you through some of the functionalities of the cable you need to know.

Box contents

First off, the cable comes packed in a neat aluminum housing with the cartoonish art of your favorite superhero. With this, you also get a free pouch (Neoprene), inside which you will find your braided nylon cable. In my case, its “Spiderman” USB Type-C cable, 1m/3ft long and “Captain America” Micro USB cable, 1m/3ft long.

Quality

First off, the quality of the cables is indeed good for the money they offer. Here the cables are nylon braided which in turn looks and feels solid, durable and of course tangle free.

The coloring of the cable depends on the costume of the superhero. For example, the Spiderman cable comes with Red, Blue, and White, while the Captain America cable comes in Red with Blue and White dots.

Both the Type-C and Micro USB cables have anodized-aluminum casing on the connectors to prevent any form of damage. Ideally, you can use this cables like any other cable to sync your data, charging USB Type-C/MicroUSB devices.

Usage

Talking about usage, both the cables support fast charging and can handle data syncing at up to 480Mbps. While the cable supports fast charging (3A for USB Type-C and 2.4A for Micro USB) for most of the devices, unfortunately, it won’t be working on OnePlus’s Dash Charger since it uses 4A cable with different tech altogether.

We used the USB Type-C cable with Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 and MicroUSB cable with Lenovo K8 Note. In our experience, the data transfers were quick and charges fast as well. Overall, it serves its purpose gracefully with some extra cosmetic on top for Marvel aficionados, unlike boring stock cables that come along with our handsets.

If you are one of those, who is first in line to buy a ticket for each and every Marvel movie, then this is definitely for you. At Rs. 799 (Rs. 899 MRP) for the USB Type-C and Rs. 599 (Rs. 699 MRP) for the micro USB, the Stuffcool Marvel’s Series cables are worth investing. You can get your hands on these cables from Amazon.in as well as stuffcool.com.
