can any one tell me the audio quality and output in C6 , is audio good , can it be compared at music express phone ????

This phone is wonderful substitute for Nokia N97 and E72. This is a combination the two, I was about to purchase E72 or N97 and changed my mind after this launch. Wating to buy.

N8 is much more better than C6

N8 has 12mpx camera, 720p video recording, capacitive AMOLED touch screen, symbian^3 OS n’ much more.

According to the resources N8 will be of Rs.23000 available in between July-September while C6 is of Rs.13000 available in few days.

The article says that the phone has been launched in India. But I have visited 5 Nokia Priority Dealers & they have no information yet about its launch. It is a well known fact that phones officially launched by Nokia land up first with the priority dealers.

This launch is just prior to public availability .. Looks like we need to change our coverage a bit .. thanks for the feedback

Could you please let me know if the PDF viewer provided in the handset C6 can be used for unlimited No. of days or is it only a Trial version as provided in N97?

N97 is preloaded with a PDF viewer Trial version, which will work only for 30 days, after which the user will not be able to view PDF files. After the trial period, the user is supposed to buy the software spending another couple of Rupees. Why NOKIA N97 is not even loaded with a PDF viewer even after it is a highly priced handset from Nokia – is a fact known only to them. The 5800Xpressmusic handset also does not have this basically essential software for viewing PDF attachments as well as PDF files which we will store in the Memory card. NOKIA is simply befooling the buyer by listing out irrelevant, untenable reasons for not giving a PDF viewer without limitations. Nokia will preload the phone memory with useless games and other OVI stuff (which cannot be uninstalled by the user if he does not wish to carry the software which he will never use). I have contacted NOKIA more than 25 times for this, but they are not helpful. NOKIA web service team is rude, irresponsible to the customer who bought their product and indifferent to the genuine customer needs.

Please clarify if this C6 model has a PDF viewer without limitations?

Nokia Launches 3 QWERTY Mobiles in India – C3, C6 and E5

India’s leading mobile manufacturer Nokia announced to launch 3 QWERTY mobile phones. Thes 3 mobiles have been launched at a very low rate for withstanding the competition given by its competitors. C3, E5 and C6 are three QWERTY mobile phones launched in India today.

All the 3 mobile phones have been provided with QWERTY for giving full and easy access to internet. Nokia has given FREE push mail service for the users and the only thing required is a basic download option from the network service provider. Nokia integrated 10 e-mail accounts in the mobile phones for making things easy for the users.

“It is a strategic option for Nokia. With the new devices we are bringing mobile messaging and social networking into the hands of more people.” Said Anssi Vanjoki, Executive Vice President, Nokia said in the launch meet.

C3 has been priced at Rs. 5317.89 INR and C6 at Rs. 13,000 INR and E5 at Rs. 10,634 INR.

Nokia sucks biig time guys. Yes i agree.They are loosing market, because they are passive, non aggressive, and hopeless. For market you need to be aggressive and fast. Samsung is doing good not because they have awesome fones, but because they are fast and aggressive with marketing. Hope others understand this soon.

According to fonearena.com C6 will be available at Delhi on September.But it seems that Nokia always launch exclusive phones just weeks before Diwali.Thats their Indian tradition and market strategy.So,you have to wait till Diwali.The price is not 13000rs.It is 14500rs approx.

One of the dealers of West Bengal(Siliguri,Darjeeling) told me few days ago, Nokia c6 will come all over Indian market just before Dewali. He was confident. But he was not sure about its cost,it may me few above 13000rs. So frineds another two months….

I am from Kerala. Today,I heard from my nearest Nokia Priority shop that, C6 will be available within 1 month along with N8,C3 etc. Earlier he was not sure about its release. Price range will be 10000 to 12000

C6 is amazing..! i have 5800 music phone… and i like it a lot..! C6 seems to be same but with additional feature of qwerty keypad and 5MP cam..!

I’m going for c6 as soon as it is available in market. So, i suggest the same to anyone who asks me …

even Nokia x5-01 is a good choice..! have a look at the images on google ..!

hi guys i like c6 bicoz it has querty key-pad. this is very nice phone, but c6-01 is better than c-6 in features and c6-01 has new os sym.3.0 . but i c6-01 does not hav querty key pad , help me give me suggestion whitch is best , or any other nice querty key pad phone with grate features

some say X6 touch screen is much bettr, but i think its exactly same as nokia 5800 express music. In my opinion C6 is much better.

ya i have got it 4m a authorized nokia dealer.

of course c6-01 is much better than c6 ….BUT in term of PRICE also.

c6 estimate cost is 13000
c6-01 estimate cost is 17000

Big difference… and that is coz of the features..!

nokia has done a big s*%#$ job by releasing C6. the fone completely hangs wen the “H” key is pressed in the keypad. they hav not yet found the solution for this and no responce for my mails too. dont buy this fone.

dude who told u that noka c6 dous’nt have dual cameras….???
it dous have duel cameras…. i agree that sound of c6 is nt 2 loud. n talking about memory, ask ur self have u ever used more then 2gb memory in ur cell before.. do u felt that 2gb memory it’nt sufficient 4 u……..????? nokia c6 also have qwerty pad which is very helpgul if u type msgs…… typing on a touch screen it’nt that fast when conpaired to physical pad……. n more then that nokia c6 comes with life time service nokia ovi maps n x6 dous nt….. i’m going 4 nokia c6…

C6 was announced as “released” 4months back on the nokia site and was released last week. So can anyone tell when exactly C601 and c7 are releasing and what their prices might be?

Dude…. Wats d fun of having a phone lacking few features, i found better to pay less & buy nokia x5-01 … instead of c6…!! & regarding memory… 5 GB of my phone’s memory card is in use, so, u cannot comment on how much memory is needed by the user..!

The great Phone to Use for as i like it a lot the Most common is that its features are really superb and tough pad is really awesome.The Price for me 14450 though its not the price but the features.

This is the third class phone of third class company. I purchased this phone in Rs 13700/- . But it started hanging within just 2 days of purchase. No application is running. All the Phone memory is free.

The third class processor. Very much slow. Third class customer care services. Still facing the issue after 1 month of purchase. It is hanging more than 3 times per day.

Features are good but when they are not working then what’s the use.

Those who are planning to buy this phone request them not to buy.There are other company’s phone which are much better & cheaper than Nokia’s.

Backup is too bad..without call and uses of internet abt 2-2:30 Hrs its shows low battery….Camera is also in first too good but after 10 days become like 2 MP.
