Cleartrip has launched its app for Apple Watch. Cleartrip also becomes the first Indian Online Travel Agency (OTA) to release an app for Apple Watch. The app lets you view list of all your upcoming flights easily on your Apple Watch. The idea with the Watch app is to give users the information they need, when they need it, in the most lightweight manner possible, said the company.
The app supports glances that offers contextual, time-sensitive information just when it’s needed. This shows the next upcoming trip up until 24 hours before departure. And when there’s just 24 hours to the flight’s departure, the glance changes to show the flight number, current flight status and updated departure time.
It also supports notifications, with a choice to be notified on the Apple Watch if a flight is delayed, rescheduled or cancelled by the airline. Cleartrip for Apple Watch can be enabled through the app on your iPhone after the latest v6.5 update.
