Vivo Y7s with 6.38-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, 6GB RAM, triple rear cameras, in-display fingerprint scanner announced

After the S1 smartphone that was introduced in Indonesia earlier this week, Vivo has introduced Y7s for China, which has a 16-megapixel front camera instead of 32-megapixel camera and has 6GB of RAM. Other features including a 6.39-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with about 90% screen-to-body ratio, MediaTek Helio P65 12nm SoC, 16MP primary sensor with f/1.78 aperture, 8MP ultrawide sensor and an 2MP depth sensor. After the Vivo S1 Pro announcement in May, Vivo has announced S1 in the ‘S series’ in Indonesia. It features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with about 90% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by the latest MediaTek Helio P65 12nm SoC with 4GB of RAM, sports a 16MP primary sensor with f/1.78 aperture+ 8MP ultrawide sensor and an 2MP depth sensor, as well as a 32MP front-facing camera. Vivo Z1Pro Camera Samples

Vivo launched the Z1Pro smartphone in India earlier this week starting at Rs. 14,990. We already brought you the unboxing and first impressions of the phone, here we have the camera samples from the phone. The Z1Pro packs a 16-megapixel primary rear camera with Sony IMX499 sensor, f/1.78 aperture, 8-megapixel 120° wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture and 2-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture to capture depth information in portrait shots.

Vivo just launched the Z1Pro, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in India, as it had promised. It was introduced as Z5x  in China back in May, but this is powered by a faster Snapdragon 712  SoC instead of Snapdragon 710 and also has a better 32-megapixel in-screen camera with 4.59mm small camera hole and Super Black technology to blend the camera with the screen. Other specifications including 6.53-inch Full HD+ LCD with 90.77% screen-to-body ratio and 1.76mm narrow side bezels, Android Pie with Funtouch, has a 16-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel 120° ultra wide sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensing camera are same. Vivo has been using Dual-Engine fast charging on its smartphones. Its latest iQOO gaming phone featured 44W ultra-fast flash charge that lets you charge a phone with 4000mAh battery from 0 to 50% in 15 minutes, to 85% in 30 minutes, and 100% in 45 minutes. Now the company has showcased its new 120W FlashCharge technology that will let you charge a phone with a 4000mAh battery from 0 to 50% in 5 minutes and from 0 to 100% in just 13 minutes.

Soon after the Z5x, a new Vivo smartphone with V1913A/V1913T model number has been certified by TENAA in China. This reveals a 6.38-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch, 2GHz SoC, which could be Snapdragon 675, up to 6GB of RAM, 128GB storage, Android Pie, 16-megapixel primary rear camera, secondary 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, 2-megapixel camera for portait shots as well as 16-megapixel front camera.

Vivo Y17 and V15 get a price cut in India, now available for Rs. 15990 and Rs. 19990

Vivo Z5x with punch-hole display, up to 8GB RAM, triple rear cameras to be announced on May 24

Vivo has announced that it will introduce Z5x, a new smartphone in the Z series in China on May 24th. The company has also shared an image of the phone that shows a punch-hole display, which will likely be LCD since this has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone features triple rear cameras that should include an ultra-wide lens.
