Zen Mobiles has announced that the Ultrafone 501 and the Ultrafone 303 new Android smartphones would launch later this month. The company launched the Ultrafone 701 HD with 5-inch HD display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor last month. The Ultrafone 501 is a mid-range phone with a 4-inch (960 x 540 pixels) capacitive touch screen IPS display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). The Ultrafone 303 has a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen IPS display, powered by a 1 GHz single-core processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
