The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has issued a notice to Reliance Communication Limited regarding the refund of the unused balance and security deposit made at the time of getting the connection. This is an official statement and all the pre-paid and post-paid users are entitled under this policy. As the company hasn’t renewed the spectrum license for 2G and CDMA services, all the Reliance users were asked to port their numbers to continue to use the phone number.
