Spice Mobility has launched Stellar 431, the company’s latest budget smartphone in the Stellar series. It comes with 4-inch (480 x 800 pixels) display, is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and run on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It features a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It has dual SIM support and 3G connectivity.
