Sony just announced the Xperia E4 and E4 dual, two new budget smartphones ahead of MWC 2015 after several leaks. These have a 5-inch qHD IPS display and are powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek SoC, compared to Snapdragon 400 in the Xperia E3 and E3 dual that were introduced at the IFA last year.
