Samsung launched the Galaxy S3 in 28 countries in Europe, Middle East, and North Africa today, but only the Marble White version would be available most of these regions. Samsung has sent a official statement to MobileFun that it is delayed since it did not meet internal quality standards in the Pebble Blue version that comes with newly invented blue colour and special hyper-glaze material.
